SCINDeA in partnership with AU Small Finance Bank promotes 75 evening study centers for students from rural and urban areas that are designed to promote academic and life skills proposing a wholesome development. This initiative identifies each child’s unique learning style, helping them overcome challenges, and inspires them to understand their learning. Personalized support in the subjects like Mathematics, Science and English is also being provided. AUSFB also sponsors arrange of indoor and outdoor activities, including sports, arts and team -building exercises, promoting physical health and creativity. Our dedicated educators value integrity, perseverance and encouraging them to think independently.
In collaboration with TREC-STEP, a pioneering organization in Trichy, promoted by the Central and the State Governments of India, 130 women from the SCINDeA area of operation in Tami lNadu and Karnataka have been trained in entrepreneurial development to nurture and promote the spirit of enterprise. 86 business plans have been developed for the women to encourage them to access banks and other financial institutional loans to start enterprises.
In collaboration with PROJECT BAALA Menstrual health and solidarity Initiative 2024, SCINDeA has conducted workshops on menstrual health and hygiene management in 156 villages and 23 schools and distributed Baala Reusable Sanitary Napkins boxes to 6000 adolescent girls.
With the support of Eureka Forbes, SCINDeA has installed100 plus RO Filters in Government schools and PHCs.
In collaboration with TIRUMALAI CHEMICALS PVT.LTD., RANIPET and ULTRAMARINE & PIGMENTS PVT.,LTD, CHENNAI SCINDeA has constructed and renovated toilet blocks in 10 Government schools.
